Braille and print are combined to print pictures, maps and more, making the image accessible to blind people. Different types of printed dots are used, highlighting changes in color, the image outlines, and other aspects of the picture for the visually impaired person.

With this type of combined printing it is possible to print ink and Braille together, resulting in a picture that blind and sighted people can enjoy simultaneously.
Examples that employ this technique include works of art, maps and restaurant menu covers.
