Video clips, accessible to blind and visually impaired people

The Library offers another unique service to companies and organizations that wish to make video clips accessible for promotional or informative purposes. Accessibility is through audio description - an accompanying narration that describes the visual information in the scenes and actions. The audio description is integrated with the film narrative without spoiling the original film. It enables the visually impaired audience to absorb all the information that the creator intended to convey, including visual information.
