REGISTRATION AND BORROWING
REGISTRATION:
Individuals entitled to receive the Library's services:
Blind, visually impaired or dyslexic individuals and people with disabilities which make it difficult or impossible for them to read printed material.
Registration procedure: submitting the Reader's Application Form, relevant medical certification and the subscription payment.
The Reader's Application Form can be obtained from the registration department of the Library in Netanya or directly from the Library website on the internet.
Accurate details should be completed clearly. A copy of the applicant's certificate of blindness or other medical certification confirming inability to read due to visual impairment or other disability should be enclosed with the application. Applicants over the age of 75 are not required to enclose a medical certificate.
Dyslexics should enclose a form provided by the Educational Psychological Services (Hasherut Hapsychology Hachinuchi) in their area. This form confirms their rights to receive the Library's services.
Dyslexics over the age of 18 who are not entitled to receive services from the Educational Psychological Services should enclose their most recent assessment.
The annual subscription fee of NIS100 can be paid by check
made out to the Library for the Blind, by credit
card or directly into the Library's bank account: Bank Leumi leIsrael
